Mr. Simon has 16 years of experience in financial analysis and business planning, including financial modeling, due diligence assistance, and airport revenue development. He has applied this experience to airport revenue bond feasibility studies, airport rates and charges analyses, concessions analyses, buy side and sell side transactions, and capital planning and development studies. Mr. Simon has acted as project manager on a number of airport financial planning projects or transactions for clients around the world, including major airport redevelopments, whole airport privatization transactions, terminal developments, parking and rental car projects, non-aeronautical land development, and other airport projects.
Mr. Simon has evaluated the viability or affordability of large-scale terminal or airport projects at airports serving Aguadilla, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Des Moines, Detroit, Mobile, Denver, Hartford, Newark, Hendry County (Airglades), Port Moresby (Papua New Guinea), Punta Gorda, Santiago (Chile), San Juan (Puerto Rico), and San Diego (Brown Field).
Mr. Ochse has over 40 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, contract negotiations, and aviation management. He has assisted airports complete billions of dollars in capital projects by developing cash flow and affordability models, preparing bond feasibility studies in support of debt issuances, and negotiating use and lease contracts with airport tenants. Mr. Ochse has assisted clients complete expansions of key airport facilities, develop greenfield sites, and advise on entire airport transactions.
On behalf of the airport sponsors, Mr. Ochse has participated in the negotiation of airline use and lease agreements at the airports serving Albany, Baton Rouge, Billings, Daytona Beach, Kansas City, Lansing, Philadelphia, and Reno, among others and has assisted with feasibility studies in support of bond issuances at airports serving
Branson, Denver, Indianapolis, Grand Rapids, Las Vegas, Manchester, Providence, Salt Lake City, and Santa Barbara.
Ms. Winn assists clients with economic, air traffic, and financial data analysis. She has experience in analyzing trends in air service, passenger traffic, airfares, air cargo, and aircraft landed weight.
Ms. Winn is proficient in the interpretation and analysis of airline traffic and service data as reported by the airlines to airport operators and to the U.S. Department of Transportation. She is familiar with sources of demographic and economic data at the federal, state, and regional levels.
She has provided data analysis and support for numerous airports, including those serving Atlantic City, Albany, Albuquerque, Atlanta, Austin, Cincinnati, Guam, Hartford, Miami, Phoenix, and Washington D.C.
Ms. Winn joins the BJSA team bringing aviation experience gained at previous roles with LeighFisher, oneworld Management Co, and The Ohio State University Airport.
